Billing questions
What happens when I cancel?
PRO stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, PRO effects apply with the watermark again. Lamella stays free.
How do I activate PRO?
After checkout, your key is in Account › Licenses and in your inbox. Paste it in the ZIBA Effects panel: the badge switches to PRO within seconds, without restarting Premiere Pro.
Does my license work offline?
Yes. Once activated, it keeps working offline until the end of the paid period. The panel checks it when it opens, then every hour while you are online.
I got a new computer. What now?
Click “Deactivate license” in the panel on the old computer (or deactivate it in Account › Licenses), install ZIBA Effects on the new one and paste your key again.
Where are my invoices?
In Account › Billing. Every payment comes with a PDF invoice you can download anytime.
